Islamabad March Against Petroleum Levy

Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan is mobilizing nationwide for a decisive march towards Islamabad on September 20 against the petroleum levy and the growing burden of fuel prices on the people of Pakistan.
Caravans from across the country are heading towards Islamabad to raise a united voice for the abolition of the petroleum levy and relief from unjust taxation and rising fuel costs. Under the leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami, citizens are coming together to demand economic justice, relief for ordinary Pakistanis, and an end to policies that place an additional financial burden on the public.
The September 20 Islamabad Long March reflects Jamaat-e-Islami’s continued struggle for the rights of the people and for a fairer economic system. JI has called on people across Pakistan to participate peacefully and make their voice heard against the petroleum levy.
